Food and Fibre Teacher

Maximum-Term – Full-Time 18 months We are seeking an innovative, passionate and caring teacher to join our community of committed educators. Our Food & Fibre curriculum at The Friends’ School is based on the Purpose and Concerns, the 9/10 Australian Curriculum and includes the provision of courses to our 11/12 students completing the TCE/VET and IBDP. We encourage both early career and established teachers who are qualified to teach and passionate about teaching Food & Fibre to apply. The capacity and willingness to teach a wide range of Food and Fibre courses, across a range of year levels is preferred including TCE Level 3 Food and Nutrition. An understanding of VET training courses would be advantageous. This is maximum-term, full-time contract commencing on Monday 28 July 2025 and finishing on 31 December 2026. There will be a temporary leadership opportunity within the Technology Faculty in Semester 2, 2025, for which the successful applicant can apply.
