Counter Sales / Warehouse

About the Company Air Diffusion Agencies (ADA) is a renowned Australian manufacturer of state-of-the-art accessories and technologies, providing our customers with a comprehensive range of components for your heating, ventilating, and/or air-conditioning (HVAC) system. The successful candidate will be passionate and customer focused, enjoy serving and taking orders with the ability to assist in the warehouse. Your duties would include but not be limited to: Counter Sales Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products Processing & follow up on customer orders, quotes, and telephone enquiries Build and strengthen key customer relationships and value add to existing customer base Assisting trade customers Liaising with local customers, internal sales staff, and transport companies Completing paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency General warehouse duties such as receiving, dispatching and picking and packing of goods Inventory control Commitment to safe work procedures Skills required for this job would include: Excellent work ethic Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Computer Literacy Experience in customer service and sales Excellent communication - both verbal & written Attention to detail Reliable and demonstrates a "Can Do" attitude Have excellent punctuality and attendance A sound understanding of warehouse procedures and practices Forklift licence an advantage Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines through strong time management If this is the role for you, please apply online with your resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience for this role.
