Our Darwin Studio works across regional and remote Northern Territory engaging with multiple stakeholders to deliver critical community projects, defence infrastructure and urban development. You will be an essential member of Hames Sharley, bringing leadership, expertise, mentorship, innovation, and strong client relationships to the table. You will play a critical role in the success of projects and the growth of the firm in the Northern Territory. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Project Leadership within our Darwin Studio to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest possible standard and exceed the expectations of our clients. Delivery of meticulous documentation, proficient knowledge of building contracts and contract administration. Providing mentorship to a diverse and inclusive internal team, supported by the Studio Leader. Developing meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering creative and innovative design solutions. Engagement with the professional community within Darwin to maintain and raise the profile of Hames Sharley within the Northern Territory. To be successful in this role, you should have the below skills set: 7-10 years’ experience as a Registered Architect Demonstrate proficiency in independently collaborating with clients and consultants. Possess advanced Revit skills, including proficiency in 3D presentation software like Escape, and efficiently detailing and documenting designs. Ability to Showcase your capability to nurture the professional growth of junior staff. Exhibit excellent verbal and graphic communication skills. Desirable skills include proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Suite. Having knowledge of procurement, construction, detailing, and building services.
