The opportunity In this hands-on leadership role, you will support a team of network officers who play a critical role in the provision of customer service and safety to our passengers. You will support the network officer patrols, review performance and assist with rosters and other administration and reporting obligations. This role will see you engage with diverse audiences, including school children, and navigate various scenarios where quick thinking and assertiveness are essential. As a hands-on role, you will maintain a visible presence and travel on the bus network, wearing a uniform that includes a body camera and issue penalty infringement notices as required. Why Kinetic?
