We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring effective management and smooth operation.Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance with lease agreements.Handle rent reviews, rent collection, and arrears management.Prepare detailed property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to maintain high standards.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants, responding promptly to inquiries and issues.Collaborate with other team members to drive property performance and enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in commercial property management.Strong knowledge of the Northern Territory property market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of property management software is an advantage.
