This role will be positioned in our newly renovated Liquor division. Incorporating Sales and Visual Merchandising with some overflow and involvement of general business administration tasks and assistance as required to our Purchasing officer. Perks: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm This role is available for immediate start Excellent progression opportunities within the organisation Become part of our mindfulness approach to daily work routines. Work with amazing local Beverage suppliers passionate about the Mornington Peninsula. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Responsible for ensuring latest trend products are in store and available for our clientele base Handling daily liquor sales Implementing new product Visual Merchandising and rotating existing. manage Displays and have a flair for product placement and window dressing Working with our social media liaison to advertise new products and promotions Manage weekly “product of the week” Manage private label catalogue Occasionally assist with weekly purchasing Manage a team of 2 – 5 , with specific detail to sales and cleanliness of store. Communicating internally with team members regarding offers, promotions and upcoming events. Previous experience in office administration Digital literacy skills - in particular Excel, emails and Word processing with the ability to learn new systems Well-presented and a high level of professionalism Deal with local and National Sales reps on product pricing and implementation of new products Manage discontinued lines Manage and create “management suggestion cards” on products i.e.” this whisky displays a wood like flavour, served best on the rocks” Administer wine tasting nights / events. Manage VIP list and suppliers Stand tall and proud with belief of our company branding and philosophies Be part of a strong and stable business with ample opportunity for personal development and growth.
