Commercial Portfolio Property Manager

McEwing & Partners are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our high-performing team. This role offers an excellent chance to manage a growing portfolio of industrial and commercial properties, primarily located in Melbourne’s Bayside. With a current small portfolio of properties, we are offering a part time position, with flexibility to work both on-site or from home. Manage a portfolio of quality commercial and industrial assets Liaise with landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships Ensure all property management tasks and obligations are met efficiently and professionally To be considered, you will ideally have: 1–2 years of commercial property management experience in an agency setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities A current Agent’s Representative Certificate A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license A diligent, proactive, and professional approach to work
