We are seeking a Lean, Performance, and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across our organisation.As a Lean, Performance, and Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will provide hands-on expertise in Lean practices and offer methodological support to our teams and stakeholders in an industrial setting.Focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements, using Lean methodologies to optimise business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs while improving qualityContinuously analyse and identify areas for improvement in various processes, including manufacturing, operations, and customer serviceWork closely with Production departments and teams to identify and implement improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvementCollect and analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and determines root causes of problems. On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours -Sound knowledge of principal Lean practices underpinned by relevant experience in manufacturing or operational processesRelevant Tertiary qualification, e.g. Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related fieldStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essentialCritical thinking, effective communication at all levels, and coaching abilities to drive sustainable changeStrong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for working with various teams and stakeholders.
