Your will play a pivotal role in: Provides staffing and personnel administration services in support of an organisation's human resource policies and programs Providing high level administrative support Compiling weekly HR KPI reports Ensuring compliance with legislation and JBS Policies and Procedures Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database Ensuring Human Resources Management System (HRMS) compliance Recruiting and selecting appropriate candidates, maintaining site manning and operational requirements. You should have: The ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment. Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work under pressure. The ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail.
