Job Description
Location Mt Buller Department Buller Hospitality Type Seasonal Description So who are we? Buller Hospitality is under the umbrella of Buller Ski Lifts (BSL) company which employs about 850 seasonal staff. The Buller Hospitality department hires a whopping 100 seasonal staff, so we know how to serve food in a big way. We are spread out across 10 locations with 13 very different venues on and off the mountain. Have a cheeky stalk of the linked socials below. As our Function & Events Coordinator, it is your job to ensure that all resort guests enjoy a seamless and memorable event experience by providing exceptional organizational skills, outstanding customer service, and a proactive, positive attitude. This position encompasses the following responsibilities: Planning and coordinating events and functions Liaising with clients and suppliers Overseeing event setup and execution Supporting food and beverage service during events as needed About you Time management and organisational skills Ability to spot, solve and prioritise tasks Good Communication Willingness to learn new skills And of course Stoked about doing a snow season What experience do you need? Previous experience in planning function and events is highly regarded Valid Victorian RSA Certificate required But wait there’s more Benefits, benefits, benefits.
