Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts Create new and exciting pastry items for our seasonal menu Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role Passion for baking and creating beautiful pastries Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Position 2: Floor Staff Do you love engaging with people and ensuring they have a great experience? KUMO KUMO is looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented floor staff to help our bakery thrive! As a member of the floor staff, you’ll be the face of our bakery, ensuring our customers have a warm and welcoming experience every time they visit. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude Take orders and assist customers with menu selections Serve pastries, beverages, and other menu items Maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist with inventory and restocking as needed Handle cash and payments accurately Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Positive, energetic, and passionate about delivering quality service Flexibility with shifts and availability Why Work at KUMO KUMO?
