The facility employs approximately 430 employees and processes approximately 900 head per day, operating 4 days/week. About the Role Our Townsville Plant currently has a number of opportunities for Skilled Meat Workers (Boners, Slicers, Slaughter Persons) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a global organisation with a local community feel. The annual salary for this role is not less than $68,864 plus superannuation. A $3,000 Sign-On & Retention bonus is available. *Conditions apply. About You Previous experience (ideally 2-3 years) in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties required Relevant qualification (Cert II/ III Meat Processing) advantageous but not essential Proven high level of knife sharpening skills Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction Good communication skills Demonstrated integrity and good presentation A professional work attitude Ability to work in a fast paced environment Superior attendance High Focus and attention to detail Why work for JBS?
