Used Car Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Used Car Sales Manager to join our supportive team at our Broome Dealership. Benefits: Uncapped Earnings (Retainer Commissions) Full Time Permanent Position Company Vehicle Duties & Responsibilities: Managing the Used Vehicle Sales department Selling used vehicles Gaining business from new and existing customers Meeting Key Performance Indicators Assisting customers in the selection and purchase process of new and used vehicles Monitoring used vehicle sales revenue, margin, and expense performance Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes Ensuring that you provide top level customer service Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients Identifying and exceeding our customer’s needs, with in-depth advice and service You will have an impressive and proven track record in retail sales, a desire to achieve results, the ability to meet sales targets and the ambition to succeed. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Previous dealership experience would be advantageous Previous management experience Ideally have experience using the dealership management system Revolution/Tune Outstanding customer service skills Exceptional communication skills The ability to achieve results & profile customer needs Vehicle Sales Licence is desirable A current valid driver’s licence Ideally you will have previous sales experience in the retail automotive industry; however, we welcome all candidates with a strong sales background to apply.
