Property Manager

Property Manager &/or Cleaner Couple Role: We are seeking an experienced property manager on our 100 acre property in the South West of Western Australia. This role would best suit a couple who could share the cleaning duties and land management role and live in the Managers residence onsite. Responsibilities Management of 5 chalets and a farmhouse, managers residence and equipment shed Grounds person for land care Managing special projects for the vision of the property in the years ahead Managing staff (cleaners, labourers, contractors casual or part time ) as necessary, covering for staff in case of illness or injury and being actively involved in the changeover days to ensure high quality of service to our guests. Managing the cleaners roster to allow for adequate days off and holidays. Acting as the property hosts with guests, being the first point of contact and on hand for their needs, (this can be potentially shared with the cleaner) Maintenance of land, machines and property Remaining vigilant of all utility and company spending in line with budgetary plans Accurately completing & submitting all company paperwork in accordance with pre-determined deadlines; taking full responsibility for the handling & accounting of all company monies in your possession Provide weekly reports to owners focusing on key performance indicators Experience required In rural property management (essential) Management in hospitality industry (required) Machine experience (desired) Regenerative farming, permaculture, organic practice (desired) Key Skills: Excellent communication Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines Ability to work under own initiative and to follow written and verbal instructions Help to plan and develop the regeneration of land for food production/ livestock on the property Personal Qualities: Approachable, welcoming, professional and enthusiastic Highly motivated Organised and punctual Excited and proactive in the vision Must enjoy living rurally
