INTERNAL SALES / SALES SUPPORT

About the role Normist Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Internal Sales / Sales Support professional to join our team in Warwick, QLD. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and administrative support to our busy sales team, playing a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our business. What you'll be doing Handling inbound sales enquiries and leads, providing excellent customer service and converting opportunities into sales Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records Proactively following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify any opportunities for additional sales Liaising with other departments, such as logistics and accounting, to ensure a seamless customer experience Contributing to sales strategy and process improvement initiatives Providing backup and support to other members of the sales team as needed What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales support or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks effectively A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work What we offer At Normist Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
