Parts Interpreter

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our branch team based out of Spreyton in TAS. In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts operations for our TAS branch while being the central contact for parts enquiries from customers and internal technicians. In addition, you will be responsible for the supply of parts to the service department and external customers. Other duties will include receiving all customer parts enquiries, identifying required parts and checking stock availability, monitoring and responding to parts email enquiries, providing regular updates to internal and external customers with estimated delivery times and any delay and ordering and receipting stock in an accurate and efficient manner. About You: To be considered for this role you will demonstrate a keen interest in and knowledge of automotive parts. This role requires strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work. We’re looking for people with a strong commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills. You will be no stranger to working in a fast paced environment to meet changing deadlines and enjoy working in a team environment.
