Customer Service Reporting to the Office Manager, this fixed term role for 12 months provides an exceptional standard of customer service in line with our company ideology to a portfolio of existing customers / key accounts. Key Responsibilities: · Answer calls and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner. · Ensure knowledge of products and services are relevant and up to date. · Handle and resolve customer complaints. · Provide information to customers on products or services. · Promote and sell products or services. · Process orders, enter data or information in computer system. · Identify or escalate complex or sensitive issues. · Follow-up on customer requests. · Transfer calls to appropriate departments. · Report weekly calls logged and complete other relevant reports. · Make recommendations of improvement to management. · Participates in training related to sales, company compliance and quality assurance. · Any other ad hoc duties. · Able to work Monday to Friday. The successful candidates will have: · Strong computer skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy · A demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships with some sales experience · Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the team’s success · Highly motivated self-starter and be able to work as part of a team · Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic · A natural problem solver who is solutions focused · Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the center of every decision you make · Motivated to provide the customer with an unequalled level of service & support · A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills · Experience within a customer service and/or sales role We offer: Competitive Compensation – Receive fair and industry-competitive wages.
