About the Role: Intereach is seeking a highly motivated, positive and caring individual to become part of our dynamic aged care team in the role of Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care, to lead a therapeutic exercise group. The role of Community Support Worker Home Care is to provide quality services and supports to people over the age of 65 to help them strengthen their capacity to continue with activities of daily living and stay connected to their community. We are seeking a an individual to conduct gentle exercise groups and tailor a program to meet the needs of the clients, whilst Increasing group footprint and capacity. If you have a Qualification in Training Older Adults, Fitness or equivalent, have experience in this field with a solid understanding regarding the needs of older people and their carers with the ability to engage and work in partnership to achieve their goals, then we would love to hear from you. This is a permanent part time position (up to 6 hours per fortnight) and can based in Deniliquin. This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (Home Care Employees) Level 4 with a starting hourly rate of $34.76 depending on qualification and experience.
