Internal Sales Blue Croc Shop: Now Hiring Position: Sales Administrator What You’ll Do: Answer and action office calls, ensuring a seamless client experience. Serving in our Showroom Connect with clients through follow-ups and build relationships Dealing with customer requests and providing quotations Providing information on stock availability Liaise with customers and provide support by organizing deliveries and purchases for new customers Ensure accurate entry of new customer details into the database for seamless onboarding Provide outstanding support and product expertise to existing and new customers, encouraging repeat business. Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a proactive individual ready to join our vibrant sales team. If you have: A proven track record in sales, within the construction industry would be preferred A passion for building connections and sales Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable phone manner Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively Previous experience in a Sales Role Ability to use Unleashed, Xero, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat & Pipedrive or be open to obtaining the skillset Experience with a POS System Friendly & approachable manner Can do attitude with a vibrant nature Knowledge of the Pool Fence & Balustrade industry is preferred but not required In House Position Based in Mornington Why Join Blue Croc?
