About the role Pikes are seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Promotions Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing impactful marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This full-time position has flexible working conditions, with 2 days working remotely and 3 days per week based in our office in the Clare Valley, South Australia. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and print Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures and promotional items Manage and monitor the performance of marketing activities, analysing data to optimise campaigns and measure success Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging Working closely with all sections on site, the Sales & Marketing team and our various business partners and associates Assist with the planning and managment of events across the business What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or promotions role, preferably within the wine or hospitality industries Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present ideas and solutions Creativity and a flair for developing engaging and visually appealing marketing content Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing and desktop publishing software A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies What we offer At Pikes, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
