DIESEL OR PETROL MECHANIC

Brands include Kubota Full range of equipment; New Holland Braud Grape Harvesters; Croplands Spray Equipment; Landini Tractors; Antonio Carraro Tractors; Husqvarna, Kawasaki and others An opportunity exists for a Qualified Diesel or Petrol Mechanic to join the team at our Summertown branch. Key responsibilities of the role include: * Performing routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on the equipment above (and more) on and off site * Field Service available as well as in-house * Fault diagnosis and trouble shooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electronic systems (technical knowledge and computer based diagnostics) * Possibility for product specialisations and extended technical training/opportunities * Various factory Training and Development opportunities * Working on a number of Global leading brands from a variety of industries * Ensuring compliance with OHS requirements * Seasonal travel is optional and weekend work available * Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn * Heavy focus on customer and internal communications To be successful in this role the applicant must be a qualified Heavy Diesel (or petrol) Mechanic with previous experience in a variety mobile plant or agricultural, turf, construction & power equipment - light vehicle Mechanics and 3-4 year apprentices will also be considered. A current SA drivers licence is required and a Forklift and MR licence would be looked upon favourably, however it is not essential.
