Concrete Scheduler/s: [Full Time | Part Time positions available] Key responsibilities & duties Answering incoming calls Taking and inputting concrete orders Scheduling and allocation of daily concrete orders ensuring Orders are entered into batch system Orders are confirmed with customers Payments are processed for non-account customers Co-ordination with Concrete Batcher Fleet is scheduled and available to meet demand Invoices are processed in a timely manner Planning of future concrete requirements Plant stock control Flexibility in filling in other positions within Blackwoods where necessary General Office duties as directed Ensure the health and safety of other people is not put at risk
