With 210 Gaming Machines, we're creating an exciting atmosphere for both patrons and staff alike. This role is tailor-made for those passionate about hospitality. We are seeking individuals with an excellent work ethic, a flair for customer service, and an enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork. Prior experience in gaming operations will be desirable. Key Responsibilities Include: Excelling in all facets of Bar and Gaming responsibilities, ensuring impeccable attention and customer-centric focus. Delivering comprehensive services across gaming areas as necessitated. Adhering to RSA & RSG protocols in alignment with both venue policies and regulatory requirements. Undertaking cashier duties related to gaming as deemed necessary. Keeping patrons well-informed about promotions, events, functions, and other activities across The Bower Tree Desired Skills, Qualities, and Qualifications: Police check, RSA and RSG certifications are essential & hands-on experience desirable. Outstanding attention to detail complemented by stellar customer service acumen. Courtesy and impeccable personal presentation.
