As the first point of contact for our customers and internal teams, you’ll provide professional and friendly support across multiple departments. Your responsibilities will include: Complete reports and provide administrative support for Branch Manager Providing administrative assistance to the all departments (Sales, Service, and Rental teams and others) Greeting visitors, signing in guests, and answering national calls as part of the national reception team Managing key office tasks such as data entry, payroll timesheets, attendance registers, and stationery orders About you!
