About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in a casual Vehicle & Grounds Maintainence Supervisor role. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in presentation and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Manage a small team of yard staff ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all tasks Wash the interior and exterior cabins, wheels, and chassis of prime movers, trailers, and earthmoving equipment Perform internal trailer cleaning Maintain grounds through mowing, whipper snippering, and general landscaping tasks Assist with general depot cleaning and maintenance duties as required About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: A current full driver’s licence and your own reliable transport The ability to perform manual labour and work on your feet all day A strong commitment to safety and following WHS procedures Trustworthiness, honesty, and the ability to work independently Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions Availability to work on scheduled days as required Please note: A pre-employment physical assessment may be required due to the physical nature of the role.
