What we offer: · Salary Packaging – up to $9k for living expenses $2.6k meal & entertainment Novated leasing · Corporate Health and Fitness program · 11.5% Superannuation on top of your gross income · Annual Leave Loading What you'll be doing Responsible for supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of capital works to enable effective delivery of high quality, safe health services for patients/clients in line with the NSW Health strategic directions and district operational plans. Selection Criteria: Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience. Sound knowledge of, Australian Standards, building compliance requirements and demonstrated experience providing technical and compliance advice during capital works planning and program delivery. Demonstrated understanding of project management including working to timeframes and delivering a project on time. Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to rapidly changing priorities and demands in a complex and high volume multidisciplinary environment. Evidence of ICT and records management skills including the use of databases, applications and systems along with high level use of Microsoft suite of programs. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and consultation skills to gather and share information and build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to utilise initiative, organisational and problem solving skills to manage workflows and anticipate and meet the needs of senior management with limited direction. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
