Redlynch State College is seeking applications from enthusiastic and dedicated educators for the position of Deputy Principal (Year 7/8). This temporary full-time role is for a period of seven weeks, unless otherwise determined. This is an exciting opportunity to: Enhance the educational outcomes of all students, with a particular focus on Year 7 and 8.Lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning practices. Foster positive relationships among students, staff, parents, and the wider community. This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months. About Redlynch State School Redlynch State College is a modern P-12 institution located in a picturesque and safe suburban setting, offering a high-quality learning environment for students. The college has a strong history of academic excellence, sporting achievements, and community engagement. The college's primary campus opened in 1994 and has grown significantly, leading to the establishment of a secondary campus in 2007. In 2011, we proudly celebrated our first Year 12 graduates. About The Role The Deputy Principal (Year 7/8) will: Assist the Head of Campus Secondary in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared educational vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes. Uphold the role of Deputy Principal as an ethical, values-based leadership position. Embed socially just practices in the school environment. Set and maintain high standards for student and staff performance. Engage in lifelong learning and professional development. Establish and maintain productive relationships with parents, community groups, and industry partners. Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
