Customer Service and Scheduling Officer

Full-Time | Temporary Opportunity (with potential for extension) Are you organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running? We're looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our client's busy team immediately! Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role in supporting the service team by coordinating work schedules and communicating with customers. While experience in the construction industry is a bonus, it's not essential - what's more important is your ability to think on your feet, work with a sense of urgency, and communicate clearly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Calling customers to confirm site readiness for service Raising rectification paperwork - some problem-solving and initiative required Scheduling and coordinating jobs for Service Technicians What we're looking for: Strong communication and coordination skills Quick learner with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks Available to start immediately This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and gain exposure to scheduling and coordination within a service-driven business.
