Short Term Contract in People & Culture Opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience An exciting opportunity exists to join our People and Culture team on a fixed term, leave coverage contract. This position offers a great chance to grow your knowledge and skills in a large and multifaceted organisation with support and guidance from an experienced HR team. The opportunity offers flexibility with the work schedule and tasks can be tailored to suit the successful applicant's strengths. The Contract: Fixed Term, commencing asap until 11/07/2025, minimum 48.0 hours per fortnight up to full time The Position: In this leave coverage position you will perform a range of tasks supporting end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure our People and Culture department provides effective and efficient recruitment services to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities will be dependent upon skills and experience, however core tasks will include implementing advertising campaigns, liaising with job applicants and Hiring Managers, maintaining the candidate management system and coordinating agency worker recruitment. Key criteria required includes: A qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications or relevant discipline with administration/coordination experience Highly developed written communication skills with excellent attention to detail. An ability to develop engaging advertising content is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus. Social media/digital marketing experience. Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and sourcing/attraction methods. Experience with Enterprise Agreement interpretation, leading best practice recruitment and selection techniques an advantage.
