Internal Sales Consultant

REQUIREMENTS Matric and relevant qualifications highly advantageous Proven experience in internal sales and customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven DUTIES Reporting to the Sales Manager Engage with new and existing customers Qualify inbound inquiries and generate outbound sales leads. Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Prepare and send quotations, with follow-ups. Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation. Provide product information and support to customers. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
