The Company Our client, a leading European multinational in the FMCG and retail sector, is seeking a dynamic Head of Finance for their Singapore operations. The Role This is a highly visible leadership role in a renowned European MNC. Reporting to the Senior Finance Director for SEA, you will lead a team in overseeing the full spectrum of finance including: Accounting, reporting, tax, cashflow, internal audit, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and lead system implementation projects. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making. Your Profile As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience: CA or CPA qualification. Over 8 years of full-spectrum finance experience within the FMCG, retail, or B2C industries Prior Big 4 experience. Strong SAP exposure is highly preferred. Proven track record in leading teams and delivering process improvements.
