Job Description
Spare Parts Logistics Coordinator – Automotive Industry Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain operations in the automotive sector? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing our global supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and headquarters to develop and implement supply chain strategies aimed at improving inventory levels and fill rates. Monitor export order statuses and coordinate with Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) and internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Manage booking of ocean and air shipments with freight forwarders and trucking companies, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation. Prepare and review import/export documentation, including packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, air waybills, export declarations, certificates of origin, and insurance certificates. Expedite back orders and stock replenishments to meet customer expectations and achieve on-time delivery targets. Develop and maintain reports to monitor logistics costs, service performance, and transportation plans, enabling data-driven decision-making. Coordinate and track the transfer of materials through customs to the Parts Distribution Center, ensuring smooth foreign trade operations.
