To learn more about SHEIN follow us at sheingroup.com Position Summary As a Logistics Channel Development Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our logistics operations. You will contribute to the expansion of our supplier network, the optimization of our logistics channel, and key process improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include: Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation: Assist in identifying, researching, and evaluating potential new logistics partners, gathering essential information on capacity, coverage, and pricing. Documentation and Process Support: Process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), support the On-boarding process, and ensure accurate and timely processing of contract documentation within our systems. Rate and Contract Support: Assist in rate negotiations by compiling market data, and support contract processing. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Legal, and Finance, to ensure seamless logistics operations and project alignment. Qualifications: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Above 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with TMS or other logistics management systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
