To learn more about SHEIN follow us at sheingroup.com Position Summary The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods at the initial and final stages of the supply chain. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing third-party logistics providers, and resolving operational challenges related to pickup and delivery. The manager will play a critical role in optimizing routes, maintaining service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Strong collaboration with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders is essential to drive continuous improvement and meet key performance indicators. We’re seeking a [full-time] Logistics Operation Manager for our Mexico City office. Job Responsibilities Coordinate First & Last Mile Activities: Manage and oversee pickup and delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. Monitor Shipment Status: Track and trace shipments to proactively address delays or disruptions in the first or last mile. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all transportation activities comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements, including customs and import/export regulations if applicable. Handle Exceptions: Manage delivery failures, address escalations, and coordinate issue resolution with internal and external partners. Maintain Systems & Documentation: Update logistics systems with accurate shipment details and maintain necessary documentation for audits and reporting. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations on a daily basis. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to enhance first and last mile performance. Customer Experience Focus: Ensure high-quality delivery experience that supports service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree: Supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: Above 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with a focus on first and/or last mile coordination. Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, or e-commerce delivery networks is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics management systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP). Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving capabilities. Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze logistics data and trends. Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility & Initiative: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and drive improvements.
