Our innovative platform supports top industry names, and as our Pro Standard brand continues to grow, we’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Manager to help us maintain high standards in execution, communication, and delivery — especially in coordination with our overseas teams in China. You’ll thrive in this role if you Are committed to delivering high-quality products on time Work well cross-functionally and across time zones Can stay organized and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting Value precision, timelines, and clear communication What You’ll Do As a Production Manager , you'll ensure daily coordination and workflow execution across global teams and production stages: Manage Communication with China-Based Team: Join early morning production calls from our New York office and ensure clear alignment with the team in China on timelines, developments, and priorities. Oversee Product Lifecycle Execution: Track progress from development through bulk production, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages. Monitor Sample & Production Workflow: Maintain and update sample statuses, track approvals, and ensure timely deliveries within our production schedule. Maintain PLM Accuracy: Keep product details current in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, supporting efficiency and transparency. Track Production Progress: Manage the time and action calendar, monitor daily updates, and flag delays or quality concerns. Support Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist in interpreting production data and preparing reports using Excel (PowerBi knowledge is a plus). What You Bring 3–5 years of apparel production or planning experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; PowerBi a plus Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems Strong organizational and communication skills Experience coordinating with overseas teams — especially managing communication with China-based production partners Multilingual skills in English, Mandarin, or Spanish are a plus
