Job Description
*Role based in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts with a focus on selling products and solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This position involves cultivating relationships with key clients and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, leadership skills, experience with OEM sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region. Track regional sales performance against targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and market potential. Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management. Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum sales output. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of sales experience 2 years in sales for electronic materials Experience selling to OEMs Bilingual – English / Spanish Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
