Training Specialist IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY Responsible for supervising, administering and evaluating the activities of trainers, new hires and production personnel, as well as providing training to the different departments of the company./ Responsable de supervisar, administrar y evaluar las actividades de los entrenadores, personal de nuevo ingreso y personal de producción, además de proporcionar la capacitación a los diferentes departamentos de la empresa. Essential Functions And Responsibilities Supervise daily the activities of the trainers according to their areas of work providing them with the necessary tools to develop their work. Daily review the progress of new personnel applying the TWI methodology in the points of efficiency, rework and lost time. Notify weekly to the Quality department the list of personnel to certify ensuring that the certification process is fully complied. Notify the VSLs of the new employee to be delivered to their area and communicate in which operations they were certified. Develop and/or update weekly information of production operators such as training matrices (flexibility), recertification plans. Provide reports and evaluations of training required by Production and/or Quality. Respond to training requests required by Production due to area, shift, plant changes. Weekly review the payroll of the personnel in charge to ensure that it is in accordance with their hours worked. Request weekly from accounting the pay stubs (when applicable) and food vouchers of the personnel under his charge. Update daily the attendance list of new personnel Promote good relationships and communication to the coaching staff of both shifts. Support other departments with work instructions (MI), process improvements, quality alerts, implementation and development of new products and/or new machines. Propose and actively work on department and company improvement projects (Lean and Six Sigma). Schedule and inform the departments participating in the Induction courses, as well as organize the necessary resources for this activity. Design and elaborate didactic material for the courses to help develop employees in the technical and administrative competencies of their jobs. / Diseñar y elaborar material didáctico para los cursos que ayuden a desarrollar a los empleados en las competencias técnicas y administrativas de sus puestos de trabajo. Register and evaluate the participants of the courses provided. Assist in the prevention and resolution of labor problems that arise in their area. Collaborate in the implementation and fulfillment of the company's objectives and policies./ Actively participate in events organized by the company. Update matrices, information in Tress and prepare monthly reports with the information generated in the courses. Collaborate with the fulfillment of the legal requirements that the STPS requests in terms of training. Promote the linkage with local educational institutions for mutual support in extracurricular activities. Elaborate requisitions in the Onventis system for external courses and materials required by the department and/or the company. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering or similar. Minimum 2-3 year experience in similar position Train to Trainer Effective Presentations. Teamwork Communication skills. Customer Service. Creativity. Sociability. Bilingual intermediate - basic Preferred But Not Required Qualifications Basic knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. Legal requirements of the STPS regarding training. SIRCE Platform Management Use of Tress software TWI Methodology.
