Application System Solution Specialist As an Application System Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing analytical systems for liquids and gases. Your role will focus on exceeding sales targets, managing promotional campaigns, identifying unmet customer needs, exploring new market opportunities, and developing strategies to capture them. You will also clarify our solution positioning in the market, monitor competitive threats, and design counter-strategies. Additionally, you will train and coach the sales channel using the Solution Selling model. Responsibilities Promote solutions to achieve bookings and sales targets by developing aligned sales strategies. Apply industry knowledge to develop market penetration plans to meet sales and growth goals. Identify new business opportunities, convert them into action plans, and establish success measures with sales management. Contribute to the New Product Development process. Conduct market analyses and competitor surveys, and distribute the results. Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to counteract them. Participate in customer events, site visits, sales campaigns, product lectures, and industry conferences. Attend relevant technical and commercial training to maintain high product and process knowledge, including new product releases. Candidate Profile You are a standout colleague, passionate about making an impact, and act with integrity. You are not afraid to question the status quo and propose creative solutions. Requirements Analytical engineering skills. At least 3 years of experience in process analytical system solutions or customer service. Strong customer interface skills and proven leadership in the sales process. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Windows programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and internet research. Preferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with top management. Knowledge or experience with engineered systems solutions for analytical and flow skids.
