Tasks Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, identifying needs and assisting with specific features. Monitor social media for customer complaints and provide assistance as needed. Share feature requests and workarounds with team members. Inform customers about new features and functionalities. Follow up to ensure technical issues are resolved. Collect customer feedback and communicate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails. Collaborate with other departments for timely resolution of concerns. Requirements Experience in the energy industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
