Role Description This is apart-time, hybrid role for a Sales & Customer Strategy Manager at MorseVerse. The role is based in Turin, Italy , with flexibility for partial remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Identifying and engaging early clients, particularly in the fashion e-commerce sector through different channels like cold calls, events, and marketing campaigns Managing customer relationships, building trust, and supporting clients during the pilot (free usage) phase Leading future sales operations and supporting the development of the go-to-market strategy Contributing to the definition of pricing models, business KPIs, and customer success strategies Collaborating with the founding team to refine the product based on customer feedback and market positioning insights This role provides the opportunity to take on a future executive position as the company grows. Qualifications Proficiency in business planning and sales operations Demonstrated experience in sales strategies and execution Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of sales processes, from lead generation to closing Familiarity with identifying and reaching out to potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn and other online channels Fluency in both Italian and English is required Based in or near Turin, Italy , with the ability to work in a hybrid environment A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Compensation This is currently an equity-based position . However, there is a clear opportunity for future salary and commission compensation as the company grows and secures revenue and funding.
