BIP Developer

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled BIP Developer with OIC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and be adept at BIP Report Development. This role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining reports, integrating applications, and supporting various Oracle Cloud modules. You will be responsible for working with different modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, HCM, and Procurement. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and customize BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. - Create and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence) reports for better decision-making and performance insights. - Work on integration processes using OIC to enable seamless data exchange between various Oracle modules and other applications. - Implement and manage OIC integrations to ensure smooth data flow across applications. - Experience with Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) for data extraction and integration. - Work with Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) for enhanced data analysis and reporting. - Support and maintain core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, HCM, and Procurement. - Work with Sandboxes for page personalizations and customizations to meet business needs. - Experience managing Oracle User Access/Security, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segment Value Security. - Ensure secure and role-compliant access management for all Oracle Cloud users. - Engage in full lifecycle support including implementation, customizations, development, migration, and upgradation of Oracle Fusion applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting, integration, and application performance. - Provide thorough documentation for all customizations, reports, and integrations. - Follow industry best practices and Oracle guidelines for report development and application customizations. Required Qualifications : - 7 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. - Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BIP Report Development. - In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, HCM, and Procurement modules. - Hands-on experience with BIP Report Development, OTBI, BICC, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse. - Experience managing role-based access and Segment Value Security in Oracle Cloud environments. - Strong skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, customization, migration, and support/maintenance projects. - Experience with Sandboxes for page personalization and custom application development. - Experience working on upgradation projects and cloud migrations within the Oracle ecosystem. - Understanding of Oracle Cloud security protocols and compliance requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues (ref:hirist.tech)
