Jewelry and Watch Repairs Sales Associate

Job Description Job Description Sales Associate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, a positive attitude, be reliable and trustworthy. Previous Jewelry and/or Watch Retail Sales or watch technician experience helpful but not essential, we will train the right Candidate. Flexible to cover Mall Hours, Work Weekends. *Job Details:* * Greeting customers when they walk through the door * Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations * Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed * Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary * Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times *Requirements: * * Previous experience in jewelry and/or watch retail sales a plus but not required * Previous experience in watch repairs / technician a plus but not required * Willingness to learn basic sales and processing of orders (training will be provided) * Focus on greeting customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner * Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a strong willingness to learn * Organized and strong prioritization skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends required
