Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires a high level of collaboration, working closely with senior sales, campaign managers, and indirect service partners to drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and foster teamwork. You will focus on growing our customers' businesses and scaling the category's domestic revenues. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to prospect new clients, pitch the value of our solutions, negotiate and close deals, and maintain high levels of satisfaction among existing clients through excellent partner management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and work with the team to secure new accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients. Monitor account performance, providing regular reports and updates to clients and senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients and the company. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Associate degree in a related field. 3 years of experience in customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
