Job Description Job Description Remx is seeking to assist our client find their next Customer Service Representative. This role offers $20/hr. You will be helping patients obtain refills/renewals of infusion therapy. This position requires previous healthcare customer service experience. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Title: Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $20/hr. Job Type: Temp to Hire Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday Address: 5350 E High Street Suite 300, Phoenix AZ 85054 Location: Onsite Dress Code: Business casual WHAT YOU WILL DO Place and receive high-volume calls. Schedule new patients in a new drug protocol. Assist current patients with the refill/renewal process of infusion therapy. Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel. WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU Must be comfortable with MS Office: Outlook, Excel Must be flexible and able to jump in with little training. Previous healthcare customer service experience. 1 year of contact center customer service experience.
