Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to work closely with clients to develop and customize surveys, manage client set-up, and oversee Independent Contractor assignment completion. The Account Manager will ensure all assignments meet quality standards, provide training to clients and internal staff, and support Independent Contractors. The role requires a high level of organization, and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to create and customize surveys, ensuring they align with their service expectations. Manage client onboarding and guide clients through the survey creation process. Provide ongoing support to clients, including conducting webinar training sessions on reporting and system navigation. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear communication regarding shop completion and deadlines. Provide quarterly Executive Overviews to clients, offering feedback and support. Research and address client requests or problems related to shop completion. Program Management & Operations: Schedule, post, and assign assignments to Independent Contractors. Ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time by overseeing performance and deadlines. Follow up with Independent Contractors on past-due assignments and provide necessary support and instructions. Perform “cold calls” to solicit Independent Contractors for hard-to-fill locations. Collaborate with Independent Contractors to resolve issues and clarify any instructions for shop completion. Survey Management & System Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in the use of SASSIE support software, including survey creation, form-change requests, and file maintenance. Handle file uploads, location updates, and shop distribution changes within the system. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with the editing team to ensure client shop specifications are met and provide direction/instruction when needed. Assist with editing shop assignments, as necessary. Support the training and onboarding of new Account Managers when requested. Provide training and refresher courses for clients on reporting and system usage. Miscellaneous: Participate in team meetings to encourage participation, share feedback, and stay updated on ongoing projects. Perform other tasks and projects as requested by management. Travel as needed. COMPETENCIES Banking & Financial Systems Knowledge – Understanding of banking and credit union operations, policies, and customer service standards Client-Focused Relationship Management and Support – Providing exceptional service by understanding client needs and resolving their issues efficiently. Strong client communication and interpersonal skills Effective Communication –Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations. Analytic and Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze reports and identify trends Project and Program Management - Experience in managing multiple client accounts with organizational skills to oversee programs from start to finish QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience. Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written), ability to multitask, and meet deadlines. Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel). Other: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
