Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in the Real Estate industry. This role offers an exciting contract-to-permanent opportunity, where you’ll play a key role in fostering client relationships, driving revenue growth across digital and print advertising , and uncovering new business opportunities. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the planning and execution of our annual conference , ensuring strong engagement with both existing and potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service . Drive growth in digital and print advertising by collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Identify and present new revenue opportunities to existing vendors with an innovative and strategic approach. Sell advertising space in our award-winning magazine, websites, and e-media channels . Generate exhibit booth sales for our well-established annual trade show . Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets . Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team environment. Travel to conferences, trade shows, and client meetings as needed. Apply creativity, market research, and strategic thinking to drive sales growth and expansion. • Proficiency in 3M and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Proficiency in utilizing various Accounting Software Systems • Prior experience with ADP - Financial Services • Proficient in using CRM platforms • Familiarity with About Time software • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Billing Functions • Familiarity with Budget Processes • Experience in Campaign Planning • Proven Sales skills • Experience in Sales and Operations Planning • Proven track record in Sales Campaigns • Proficiency in Sales Management • Strong Networking skills • Experience in participating in Tradeshows • Proven track record in Event Sales.
