This role is essential in supporting both our internal and external customers. You'll play a pivotal role in generating reports, fine-tuning our customer portal, and handling website updates. You will work closely with our external IT managed services provider to support software upgrades, network solutions and troubleshoot user issues efficiently. As an IT Support Specialist, you will assist users of all experience levels with the Office 365 suite, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with internal teams to create SSRS reports and forms through our Kinetic ERP software · Utilizing Adobe Magento to implement improvements to our customer portal that enhance user experience · Assist in website updates using WordPress · User support providing guidance on software usage and assisting with basic troubleshooting · Work with our IT managed services provider on software upgrades and network troubleshooting · Documenting and maintaining user guides and technical documents · Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects as needed and ensure all systems run efficiently Ideal Candidate: Working knowledge of Office 365 suite, WordPress, Magento, SSRS report creation and Snap visual scripting Customer Service oriented providing end-user support Experience with Kinetic Epicor ERP software is a plus Prior experience with Snap visual scripting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Organized and Adaptable Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of users Knowledge of common computer systems, networks, hardware & software Attentive to details working both independently collaboratively Why Join Us? Must maintain a professional appearance that aligns with company standards. Moderate noise levels typical of an office environment. Frequent use of visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical materials, and use a keyboard. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling as needed. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in an IT-related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk role. Strong technical analysis skills with the ability to communicate solutions effectively to end-users. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional interpersonal and oral communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. PREFERRED SKILLS Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve departmental goals. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP and Snap visual scripting is highly desirable.
