Job Description Job Description ARMAC Construction, LLC is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Foreman/Team Leader to join us! You will oversee Crews, Job Sites, Project planning, scheduling. Description Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with owner, office staff, project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Oversee all aspects of excavation projects Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Ability to motivate field crews to work proactively and efficiently Operate Snow Removal Equip/Coordinate Wintertime Snow Removal Crews Equipment Maintenance and upkeep Material purchasing and delivery coordination Company Truck Provided Qualifications: Previous experience Installing Underground Utilities, Tie ins, excavating and grading.
