As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll play a key role in representing our clients' products and services directly to customers in a variety of settings. Whether it's assisting customers with their telecommunications needs, offering tailored solutions, or ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish, your role will be critical in maintaining the trusted relationships that drive our success. Responsibilities of a Customer Relations Representative: Engage in all team meetings, round tables, and training sessions while being supportive of management's needs. Be the connection between the community and our Sales and Customer Service team. Must feel comfortable in a face-to-face and high-volume customer environment. This position does not include cold calling or digital sales. Responsible for using their best sales skills to open and close accounts. Make a lasting impact on customers and make sure they leave the interaction with a positive experience. Explaining the advantages and functions of products, method of preparation, and how to use them to achieve the best results.
