Position Overview: The primary objective of the Entry Level Management Trainee position is to gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of operations. As the demands of our clients grow, so does the need for exceptional management. This entry-level position is designed to provide structured training and guidance under the mentorship of our experienced management team. Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities: Engage in direct conversation with potential customers, identifying their needs and tailoring solutions that best meet their unique needs. Lead and manage a team of 10-15 individuals by coaching, motivating, and driving sales to deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance team performance and meet company goals. Participate in our selective training program, focusing on customer service, sales, and operational excellence. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and services, fostering a loyal clientele, and increasing incremental revenue. Provide corrective actions when necessary and hold yourself and your team accountable for production and quality. Master company systems and procedures to improve team performance and operational efficiency. Communicate performance feedback honestly and directly to ensure continuous improvement. Entry Level Management Trainee Qualifications: 1-2 years of leadership or management experience. 1-2 years of customer-facing roles like customer service or sales experience. Passion for training, developing, mentoring, and motivating others. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Active listening skills and the ability to adapt to various individuals and situations. High levels of integrity, strong work ethic, and a positive outlook.
